A BEER – BBQ – BOURBON BUFFET

This June, Brix Tavern will be hosting its first Beer – BBQ – Bourbon Buffet, a tasting event to wet your palate with three of American’s favorites (apple pie sold separately). Happening Thursday evening on the 16th, representatives from both Ninkasi Brewing (Eugene, OR) and Elijah Craig Kentucky Bourbon will be set up to pour samples of their signature libations. 

Help yourself to a heaping plate from the buffet of dishes served piping hot from the Brix Kitchen: spoon bread, collard greens, and mac n’ cheese will color the table, but you might be too busy licking your fingers after trying the in-house smoked brisket with ribs to match. Finish off the meal with a generous portion of the bourbon bread pudding (you’ll want seconds!), which complements the Elijah Craig perfectly. 

Tickets are only $20 a piece, so buy yours before they’re sold out! Limited to 100, buy one for Dad, too; you won’t want to hear about having missed out all Sunday long!
